Placenta Encapsulation
$400 All Inclusive
Placenta Encapsulation
The placenta is a remarkable organ that nourished, protected, and sustained your baby throughout pregnancy. For centuries, cultures around the world have practiced placenta preparation and consumption as part of the postpartum recovery period. Today, many families choose placenta encapsulation as a personal part of their postpartum care.
With more than fifteen years in birth work and hundreds of placentas processed throughout my career, I provide professional placenta encapsulation services to families throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
Placenta encapsulation is included with all Birth Doula Packages and is also available as a standalone service.
HOW IT WORKS
Following the birth of your baby, I will arrange prompt pickup of your placenta and begin processing as quickly as possible to ensure freshness and quality. Families may choose either the Raw Method or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Method of preparation based on their personal preference.
Your placenta is handled with care, processed immediately, and returned within a few days so that you may begin using your capsules during the early postpartum period.
